Michael Cirrito

Director of Sales / Corporate Planning

With over 33 years of construction experience, Michael handles all aspects of company sales and forward planning. Michael is a graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business and The Harvard Business School. He is also a licensed California General Contractor and Real Estate Broker.


April Carraud

Operations Manager

April is responsible for all operational aspects of the company including client relations, training, and planning.


Nicole Vigdal

Accounting

Nicole is an Accounting Graduate from California State University of Fullerton and is responsible for all aspects of project budgeting, vendor payments, lien releases and budgeting.


Edgar Espinel

Project Manager

With over 36 years of construction experience, Edgar oversees the day to day field operations for the company. His duties include scheduling, finish carpentry, purchasing and managing the various projects on a daily basis. Edgar is a licensed civil engineer and he is a graduate of The University Grande de Columbia.


James “Jim” Guertin

Superintendent

Jim brings over 25 years of construction experience to the company. He possesses a wealth of knowledge with foundations and framing. His primary responsibilities include foundation layout, framing layout and first phase quality control.


Phillip Griego

Sub Contractor / Vendor Relations

Phillip handles all the relations with vendors and subcontractors which include scheduling, insurance, bidding and paper flow.


Jaymie Cirrito

Quality Control / Final Finishes

Jaymie brings nearly 30 years of experience with field operations and quality control with a strict emphasis on attention to detail. A perfectionist and skilled craftsman, he is responsible for final finishes and overall project quality. He is the final say on a projects completion.
