• Full interior insulation on ALL interior walls

• Double drywall for all powder rooms and rooms adjoining any family or media rooms

• All interior doors are Solid Core

• We seek to use Energy Star rated appliances and materials at all times

• All our cabinetry is furniture quality which is handmade and finished

• We seek to exceed current energy codes with reflective roof sheeting, dual pane windows, higher R value insulation, high efficiency HVAC systems and LED lighting to name a few.

• All our two story homes feature “I Joist” floor systems which allows for longer spans and a quieter sound level within the home.

• All our two story homes include a light weight concrete floor system on the second floor to help reduce noise levels being transferred to the lower floors.

• All our floor sheeting is screwed down in addition to being glued. We do not nail our floor systems as nails tend to pull loose and cause squeaking over time.

• Our interior ceilings are also insulated to provide the highest quality comfort and sound proofing within each and every home.

• All our drywall interior finishes are smooth finish with a putty coat applied prior to painting. We like to show off our clean lined walls and straight framing.

• Advanced cabling is included for all audio and communication needs

• Additional conduit is placed within the walls to allow for future audio and communication expansion.

• Over 75% of each homes construction materials are recycled.

• Each home we build has a 10 year warranty. Most builders only warranty their homes for a year if at all. We are so confident in our homes that we back them up with a 10 year warranty in writing.
